Let’s look at a handful of recently playable female characters from AAA games: None show even a hint of romantic interest in the men they encounter they’re all essentially asexual, besides Ellie, who is canonically a lesbian. Even Bayonetta, whose character is designed around over-the-top sexuality, is never depicted as having any interest in a man.

By , young Henry had adopted the name of his beloved dog for himself though his father would continue to refer to him as “Junior” well into his adult life . The same year, Indy and his parents visited relatives in New Mexico , where he got to ride a pony – the first time Indy had ever ridden a horse, a talent he would eventually fully master. He would often prefer to spend time with his beloved dog, play baseball with friends or conduct scientific experiments rather than staying at school.
At one time Henry tried to break the landspeed record and on another occasion he attempted to send his dog to the moon. Henry was a big fan of professional baseball , and his favorite team was the New York Giants , with Christy Mathewson as his favorite player.

If it’s the last thing I do! The world’s most famous crook! He is the captain of a crew of pirates aboard the Jolly Roger and the archenemy of Peter Pan. Captain Hook has long since abandoned sailing the high seas in favor of having revenge on Peter Pan for cutting off his left hand and feeding it to Tick-Tock, considering it, by Mr. Smee , a “childish prank”. While a worthy opponent for Peter Pan, Hook is destined to fail, sometimes because of Peter Pan’s ability to fly, but more often through the bumbling actions of his first mate, Mr.
Smee, who while unquestioningly faithful to the Captain, is incompetent and dim-witted. Hook ends up fleeing for his life from the Crocodile, of whom he is understandably terrified. Hook’s frustrations are understandable; he lost a hand to his opponent, is constantly pursued by the crocodile and cannot fly. These factors arguably make him one of the most sympathetic Disney Villains. His antics with the Crocodile are considered by many to be the funniest animated scenes ever created by Disney according to Frank Thomas and Ollie Johnston in the book The Disney Villain.

Keep firing at your foe and his summoned angels, if you’ve reached that point in the battle while you hang from that ledge. You are able to aim even while dangling, and if you are positioned correctly, none of his attacks will hit you even when he knocks down the columns.
Once he is hit enough times, he dissolves and moves to another position, where he appears once more with additional angels at his side. When that occurs, the platform from which you are hanging will sink into the lava.

Neal and Emma meet in Portland when they are both trying to steal the same car. They quickly fall in love and began travelling through the country together and running cons to make money. Planning to retire from their life of crime, they choose to build a life together in Tallahassee, but Neal gives Emma the bad news he is currently wanted for stolen watches that are now hidden in a train station. Emma retrieves the watches back and they decide to meet up at a specific location after Neal finds someone to buy the watches.
While doing so, Neal is confronted by August , who claims Emma is meant to do something greater rather than live a life of a thief. He shows knowledge of Neal’s past persona by opening a typewriter with the words, “I know you’re Baelfire” written on them. Afterwards, August tells Neal about Emma’s magical history and convinces him to turn her in to the police so she can fulfill her destiny.
After Emma is arrested, he runs away to Canada where he sells the watches. He asks August to send all the money plus their car to Emma, and asks August that if she ever fulfills her duty to let him know by sending a postcard. August pays him another visit to inform him of his plans to help Emma break the curse. Neal dislikes the idea of his father coming to look for him when the curse is broken.
Infamous: Early winter (“Infamous Second Son” fanfiction)
A historical retcon , if you will. Artists and writers tend to be the most common examples, followed by American Presidents. At times, per the Men in Black II example below, a current figure also can be a subject of this trope, as can groups, per the National Treasure and Transformers examples below. This is sometimes a way for a show to capitalize on sudden popular interest in some historical figure, or just to exercise a writer’s pet interest. In such a story, Plausible Deniability is almost always the order of the day; we have to be given this fantastic secret history in such a way that we can believe that the fantastic elements were kept out of public record.
Ancient Astronauts does this for entire ancient civilizations.
It is a standalone expansion of the original Infamous Second Son game. ORIGINAL STORY: Good news for all the Infamous fans, the release date of Infamous First Light has been confirmed by SOE and.
The following review contains a spoiler near the end. I suppose it was inevitable that I would cover this game, seeing as how I reviewed Infamous 1 and 2 last year. Anyways, what do I think about Sucker Punch’s latest game and transition to a new console? Well, that’s what I’m here to find out. However, a large truck crashes, with two out of three prisoners escaping. Delsin goes to help the third prisoner, Hank voiced by David Stanbra , but he absorbs his smoke powers.
Thanks to this, it is revealed that Delsin is a Conduit himself. After pursuing Hank, they are cornered by the main antagonist, Brooke Augustine voiced by Christine Dunford , the head of the D. She is revealed to also be Conduit, having the power to control Concrete. Delsin hides his powers to avoid capture and is knocked unconscious.
He awakes a week later to find that the other members of the Akomish tribe have been tortured and left to die with concrete on their bodies. Figuring out that he can absorb and copy powers from other Conduits, Delsin decides to find Augustine in Seattle in order to cure the tribe.

Show system requirements A functional PS4 Infamous: Second Son delivered one of the most impressive PS4 exclusive experiences of the year when it came out last spring, continuing the super-power theme from previous games in the series while completely changing plenty of mechanics and introducing a new character, in the form of Delsin Rowe. Rowe met quite a lot of interesting characters along the way, but by far one of the most intriguing was Abigail “Fetch” Walker, who had a pretty troubled past in Seattle and wielded the great-looking neon power.
Now, developer Sucker Punch has decided that Fetch should get her own experience and delivered Infamous: First Light, a standalone expansion for Second Son that tells the actual story of the troubled young woman, while shedding more light on how super-powered conduits were treated at the Curdun Cay prison by Second Son villain Brooke Augustine.
Does First Light manage to flesh out Fetch’s origin story or should fans just return to Delsin’s adventures? Story Second Son respected the Infamous recipe as it delivered a not so complex character that acted as a blank slate for players to do either good or bad things with their super powers. In First Light, however, Fetch’s character and its development don’t suffer any change, and in the end it’s quite better, as players can admire her own adventures without influencing them in arbitrary ways.
While most of her story was told in Second Son, First Light fleshes it out in much better ways and makes people care about her even more, thanks to the pretty good writing, the excellent delivery from her voice actress, and the stylized cut scenes. While the plot is pretty predictable, the characters make up a bit for it and Fetch’s tragic origins certainly make the character even more believable as a human being, as opposed to the simplistic Delsin from the previous title.
Use the photo mode Gameplay Neon was probably my favorite power in Second Son, as the speedy way Delsin got around Seattle as well as the amazing visuals produced by it meant I only swapped over to smoke or the other powers when the situation called for it. As such, First Light was right up my neon-colored alley, as Fetch is back and her arsenal of abilities is improved and unfettered by the limitations imposed on Delsin. There’s the same neon dash ability at work but this time it’s unlimited, meaning you can dash around the map without any worries.
While the actual open world covers just the first half of Seattle from Second Son, Sucker Punch has improved collision detection, which makes getting around much easier and frustration-free than in the last title.
Infamous Second Son
I do not own or claim to own the Infamous series in any way shape of form and I am not making or attempting to make a profit from this work of fiction in any way shape of form. Delsin is of the Akomish and is a painter that uses the streets as a canvas and has had a few run ins with the law, his brother being sheriff. Rowe’s life changed when a group of Conduits broke out of their transport when it crashed and when he went to help at the crash site he discovered he was a Conduit and one with the power of Power Absorption, the ability to absorb the power of any Conduit with prolonged physical contact.
With his powers coming at the cost of his people being put on death row by torture at the hands of the brutal head of the Department of Unified Protection, or DUP for short, Brooke Augustine made Delsin swear to obtain her Concrete power and heal his injured tribe with it and to do this he left to Seattle with his brother Reggie.
The city was under martial law by their arrival and was also the headquarters of Augustine and the DUP under the guise of using it to find the two remaining Conduit escapees hiding somewhere in the city. Originally starting out with his Smoke powers from the first escaped Conduit Hank Daughtry, Delsin would eventually gain Neon from another named Abigal ‘Fetch’ Walker, and later Video from the last escapee Eugene Sims.

This one ends up with you having to investigate a burning car, so take the necessary pictures and collect the evidence, which consists of an origami dove and a campaign picture. Go to the designated marker to sync and then online. Things get a bit complicated here, but the only important bit of information is at the bottom of the origami dove you collected, where you get a number you can input on the DUP Intranet. Doing this will get you surveillance footage of Celia’s cell.
You can look around to find two origami doves, as well as some other clues, including webs drawn on the walls with numbers. When you click on the origami doves, the third page will reveal some numbers that correspond to the web on the wall. For example, 1 on the paper might match up to 0 on the wall. Basically, you need to do this with both doves to get two more digit codes to enter into the DUP Intranet.
Make sure you follow the numbers in the numerical order given to get the correct codes. The first set will give you a report with another set of numbers that can be entered for a report on Hank Daughtry.
